OUR VISION

The Aldersgate Institute, Inc. shall be a vibrant, resilient, and sustainable school, where learners are academically competitive, honed with life skills, and nurtured with Christian faith and values, enabled by reputable, competent, and productive educators and staff the Methodist way.

OUR MISSION

The mission of the Aldersgate Institute, Inc. is to provide accessible quality education based on Christian faith and values. It shall be a partner of the government and the state in the development and preparation of young citizens for their aspirations in life and for the country. It shall also be a partner of parents and families in the holistic development of their children for personal and filial goals, life success, and achievements. It shall likewise be a steadfast arm of the Church on its mission to spread God's Word and make disciples of Christ.

OUR GOALS

The Aldersgate Institute, Inc. sets the following goals to attain its Vision and Mission:
i. Vibrant Learning. The school shall be a community where students are active, dynamic, and passionate of their learning, equipped with life skills, and engaged in the pursuit of excellence.
ii. Resilient Campus. The school shall be a campus that has the ability to withstand, overcome, and recover from the impacts of difficulties, challenges, and calamities.
iii. Sustainable Institution. The school shall be an institution that promotes sustainable and environmentally sound practices in its operations.
iv. Trusted Community and Church Partner. The school shall be a trusted partner of the government and state, families, and the Church in molding learners to become diligent and morally upright citizens imbued with Methodist values.
